APPS 2011 (Alternative Process Photography Symposium)

The Alternative Process Photography Symposium (A.P.P.S. 2011) is a joint initiative of Lonsdale Gallery, Elevator Laboratories and the 918 Bathurst Centre, with additional workshops being held at Gallery 44.
Osheen Harruthoonyan’s work in currently being featured in a solo exhibition at the MacDonald Stewart Art Centre in Guelph Ontario.
Osheen will be giving an artist talk at the MacDonald Stewart on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 12pm. There will also be a closing party for the exhibition on Thursday, February 17, 2011.

Lonsdale Gallery is proud to introduce photographer Neil Dankoff. Dankoff’s panoramic images emerged from a desire to capture a sense of awe inspired by the landscape. The vibrant and sweeping horizons in his photographs are mesmerizing.
Neil Dankoff – Private Preview for Atarah
On Tuesday, October 5th, Shel Zahav by Neil Dankoff previewed to the Atarah Women’s Division of the UJA. It was a wonderful event, which not only preview the exhibition but also discussed community involvement and the importance of giving back. The group was joined by speakers from J.A.C.S (Jewish Addiction Counseling Services).
